The photos offer a clear view of the situation we encountered during our visit in February 2025. The classrooms had floors made of compacted dirt, and the school benches were in a poor state—cracked, splintered, and uncomfortable for the children.
Thanks to the generous support of Linssen Yachts and The Larry Foundation, founded by Laurens Vanthoor, we were able to significantly improve these conditions. All classroom floors were renovated and replaced with solid concrete tiles, and the school benches were fully refurbished and reupholstered.
The final photo shows the result of these renovations: a safe, clean, and much more comfortable learning environment for the children of Bambadala. A meaningful investment in their future that is already making a difference.
